Our Departments
Our charitable organization is made up of eight departments
1. Human Resources Department
Human resources is the set of people who make up the workforce of an organization, business sector, industry, or economy.
2. Grants And Donations Department
A donation is given by anyone usually for charitable purposes and to benefit a cause while grants are funds given by a specific party, particularly the government, corporations, foundations, educational institutions, businesses, or an individual.
3. Treasury Department
This department is charged with maintaining the organizations finances and preparing financial statements
4. Communications and Public Relations Department
Public Relations Department supervises and assesses public attitudes, and maintaining mutual relations and understanding between an organization and its public
5. Programs And Projects Department
This department is responsible for Activity and resource planning, Organizing and motivating a project team, Controlling time management, Cost estimating and developing the budget. Ensuring donor satisfaction and Monitoring progress.
6. Internal Auditing And Compliance Department
This Department is charges with checking that financial reports and records are accurate and reliable. ensuring that assets are protected. identifying if and where processes are not working as they should and advising on changes to be made. preparing reports, commentaries and financial statements.
8. Beneficiary Management , Welfare and Logistics Department.
Welfare section is responsible for the over-all well being of the office. It aims to improve the working conditions of staff, increase the overall working efficiency of the office, boost the morale of employees, and bring in a professionally cordial atmosphere

We serve communities with utmost integrity, and our staff is well trained to maintain the integrity of the people’s organisation by being honest and showing a consistent and uncompromising adherence to strong moral and ethical principles and values of the organisation.

Organizational transparency in the workplace is crucial to us It helps us improve communication, strengthen trust and encourage teamwork , solve problems efficiently, encourage people’s creativity, aspirations, ideas, and dreams, as well as their freedom to speak up. The work that we do is shared publicly, to donors, and beneficiaries always.

Our organization strives to work professionally. We work in servant mode to our clients and all our partners. We believe happy worker produces best results. As an organization we promote our commitments, celebrating our successes and learning from any mistakes in order to do more and do better. In that regard our financial reports are made available to all our partners, donors and beneficiaries. The Noble Hands Zimbabwe Trust acknowledges that its role is that of a “middle man ” to both the beneficiaries and the sponsors and donors, therefore accountability is highly critical in our operations up down and down-up

This means looking back at communities. Non Disabled people often benefit from such programs. The Noble Hands Zimbabwe Trust seeks to create a formidable and a sustainable bridge between young people, women and people with albinism people in our communities of Zimbabwe. By sustainably empowering the marginalized communities we aim to end not only poverty but ultimately end dependency syndrome.
